What Does it Cost to Connect to the Network?

Base station networks are forever changing the way surveyors and mapping professionals have traditionally conducted their trade. In an effort to assist those professionals who wish to stay abreast of technology and connect to the eGPS Solutions base station network, the company has put together a variety of connection plans. The options range from meeting the needs of those who are ready to utilize the network full time as a subscriber, to the professional who prefers to use it on an as-needed basis or to simply "try it out."

With each plan, users have the convenience of round the clock admission to the network - any day of the week, a bundle of extras called Value Added Services that are provided by eGPS Solutions and generous volume discounts that are given to customers who sign on for more than one receiver.

ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION PLAN

Use your own equipment and connect to the eGPS Solutions network at your convenience 24/7, throughout the entire coverage area. Any new base stations added to the network will automatically be incorporated in the coverage area.

With a 12-month Annual Subscription subscribers can choose to pay with either twelve monthly installments or with one lump sum annually. For the convenience of our customers, we offer an Easy Pay plan with twelve monthly payments of $595.00 per month for the first receiver. Our One Pay option is only $5,940.00 annually for the first receiver and saves subscribers $1,200 annually! With either payment option, Annual Subscriptions include: orientation, initial 30-day training, unlimited network usage in any part of the eGPS Solutions coverage area, real time network DGPS access, unlimited static downloads, and phone support. Our Value Added Services add ongoing service after the sale and include: informative Roundtable Meetings that are scheduled on a continuous basis and offer operating tips and updates, weekly satellite advisories, a monument data base and more. NETWORK AND EQUIPMENT RENTAL PACKAGE PLAN

Ideal for special projects where an additional receiver is temporarily necessary. This plan is also beneficial before investing in new equipment to try out the same models eGPS Solutions uses. Neatly bundled, this package plan comes with everything you need including full network access.

Rentals include batteries, chargers, cases, download software and necessary cables.
Configuration of renter’s cell phones and modems is included only if it requires less than one hour.
A two-day deposit is required at the time of rental.
Renter must qualify for credit with eGPS Solutions, LLC.
Renters unable to pick-up and drop-off equipment to the eGPS office will be resposible for shipping.
All eGPS equipment is configured for use within our network area and must stay within the coverage area..

NETWORK SHORT TERM PLAN

A plan designed for the professional with their own GPS equipment who prefers to use the network on an as-needed basis. Utilizing the network short term is also a great way to try out the technology before making a commitment.

Configuration of renter’s cell phones and modems is included only if it requires less than one hour.
A two-day deposit is required at the time of rental.
Renter must qualify for credit with eGPS Solutions, LLC.
All Renters must pick up and drop-off equipment to the eGPS office in Norcross, Georgia.
All eGPS equipment is configured for use within our network area and must stay in Georgia.

NETWORK FLEX PLAN

The Network Flex Plan is advantageous for those who use the network on a regular or seasonal basis, but not enough to warrant a subscription for a full annual subscription. This plan includes access to the entire eGPS Solutions network. Users of Network Flex Plan will still need to sign a 12-month Flex Plan contract; however they will have the reassurance that fees will not exceed a maximum of $750.00 for any monthly period.

Should a Flex Plan user decide that an annual subscription would be in their best interest, they may covert plans during their contract. A credit worth 50% of the total invested to date, on their current Flex Plan contract, will be applied toward a new annual subscription.

Note that static downloads on the Network Flex Plan will be limited to the time duration
that users are initially logged on for usage.
eGPS Solutions cannot guaranteed that static downloads will still be on the server between usage periods.
eGPS Solutions recommends using Airlink or an internet modem w/static IP address
for maximum connection security.
Daily usage constitutes any session running 1 minute or more during one 24-hour period during any month.
