Our two network software programs compute atmospheric models using different algorithms which can cause differing coordinate results. We strongly recommend using redundant 3-minute field GNSS measurements taken 1 hour apart and averaged for best results. Vertical GNSS values inherently have more random error than horizontal GNSS values. Check into known high accuracy monuments when you can to verify datum and accuracy of your equipment.
